DIPALESENG LOCAL MUNICIPALITY PUBLIC NOTICE APPROVAL OF THE 2018/19 SERVICE DELIVERY AND BUDGET IMPLEMENTATION PLAN AND 2018/19 PERFORMANCE AGREEMENTS FOR SECTION 54 AND 56 MANAGERS In terms of section 53(1)( c) (ii) (iii) and subsection 3(b) and section 75 (1)(d) of Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) No 56 of 2003 and section 21A(1) of Local Government : Municipal Systems Act, No 32 of 2000,the Mayor of the municipality must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the municipality’s Service Delivery and Budget Implementation Plan ( SDBIP),is approved by the Mayor within 28 days after the approval of the budget and that Performance Agreements for the Municipal Manager and Senior Managers are concluded and made public no later than 14 days after the approval of the SDBIP. The Municipality SDBIP was approved by the Mayor on the 29 June 2018; All Senior Managers accordingly signed the Performance Agreements for 2018/19.
