Municipal Manager - Mr. Lwazi Cindi
Mr. Lwazi Cindi took over the administration of Dipaleseng Local Municipality in September 2022 with a mandate to command the municipality towards a clean audit, sound governance and sharp focus on service delivery accelerated by infrastructure upgrading and maintenance.
As the head of administration, is subject to the policy directions of the Dipaleseng Council and responsible and accountable for tasks and functions provided for in, but not limited to Section 55 (1) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 and Chapter 8 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Act 56 of 2003 and other functions and tasks as provided for in other legislations as well as those delegated by the Executive Mayor and Council.
